Glass packaging data sheets (EV)

Cetie EV Series – Glass Packaging for Pharmaceutical Use

The EV series focuses on the dimensional characteristics of glass packaging, specifically tailored for pharmaceutical applications.

These data sheets define the geometry, capacities, and model types of commonly used containers such as:

  • Syrup bottles (e.g., Alpha 2000)
  • Veral bottles
  • Drop dispensing bottles
  • Tablet bottles
  • Antibiotic vial containers

While previous EV documents included a wider range of food and beverage packaging, the current collection has been streamlined at the request of Cetie members to focus solely on glass packaging intended for pharmaceutical use. These references serve as reliable dimensional standards for packaging designers, manufacturers, and pharmaceutical bottlers seeking consistency in product format and regulatory alignment.
