Our documents are widely used across the industry without requiring membership. Non-members benefit from the contributions and expertise of our members. Cetie’s Contribution to Packaging Standardisation:

Cetie actively participates in the development of official standards through involvement with AFNOR, maintaining direct links to European (CEN) and International (ISO) standardisation bodies. Cetie holds convenorship roles in key working groups, including:

  • CEN TC261 / SC5 / WG21: Glass packaging
  • CEN TC 261 / SC5 / WG25: Rigid plastic packaging and plastic caps and lids for any packaging containing plastic
  • ISO TC63: Standardisation of glass containers made from moulded glass used as packaging
