DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY

By Cetie
The 25/06/2020
Our members face many challenges in their quality approach, as well as in the efficiency of their services and attached productions, on sometimes sites located in different parts of the world. Of course, one of the major challenges is to access timely to the appropriate knowledge, enabling a quality of service on best practices based. In order to make accessible this various know-how inherent to each of the bottling processes, our members use Cetie as "THE tool" for creating and implementing good practices.
Upstream the official publication of a document, Cetie members have sometimes worked months or years to implement such practices, in order to ensure their position of market leaders.

Mrs Jeannine Soullié, our Documentation Manager at Cetie keeps you informed on the status of each document.

Scope

This glossary is proposed as an aid to identify visual defects. It constitutes a general data sheet for glass containers of all types, except those for cosmetics and perfumes. Separately, if values of severity are required for particular features, such values should be agreed between the glass maker and the packer/filler and/or brand owner using a Cahier des Charges. This document does not concern visual critical defects.
Such defects are described in Cetie DT26.00.
